Zassenhaus grinders are solid. I used one for a long time and loved it. (Now I love it as my spice grinder.) Grind consistency is impressive, build is solid, and stepless adjustment makes it great for dialing in tight. I never found it very comfortable to use, though. The Skerton and Mini Mill are much better in that regard.

I have a new Zassenhaus Santiago (aka Beech Knee Mill Model 156 BU) and it is a nice grinder and I have used it for a few shots of espresso, but the burr assembly (not stable enough) and the adjustment system (too coarse) is not good enough for espresso use IMHO.
